Susanna Malabarba




I have a degree in Modern Literature and underwent my professional training at Delfo, one of the Italian centres of excellence in qualitative research: there I learned the principles of, and discovered a passion for, the researcher’s trade. For over twenty years I have been managing research projects in different sectors, above all in brand equity, communication analysis, and concept and product testing.
I also have experience in conducting company workshops, in the application of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and of the Delphi method for the prediction of future scenarios.

Maria Fiorenza




I am a graduate in Experimental Psychology and have always worked in qualitative research. What I love about my job is the opportunity to bring together and interweave different worlds and experiences. For about 20 years I have directed research projects in multiple sectors with leading multinational agencies and research institutions (including Ipsos and GfK). My areas of specialization include concept development studies and product testing, customer experience analysis, and conducting creative and brainstorming sessions both with consumers and in the business context.

Monica Spinola




After a degree in Philosophy and a brief experience in advertising, I began to work in qualitative research at large multinational networks. Extrapolating sense and meaning from apparent chaos is the aspect of my work that has always intrigued me. I have been able to work in different markets – both locally and internationally – with particular focus on consumers and on specific targets, addressing a range of themes: in particular I have specialized in exploratory studies, positioning studies, concept testing and communication development.

Stefano Carlin




I graduated in the Umanities and converted my passion about Anthropology from kinship systems into the study of consumption patterns in contemporary societies. I have held primary roles at major international companies in the market research world (GfK, Ipsos, Millward Brown, Research International) in Italy and abroad, and I have dealt in particular with advertising, innovation and customer satisfaction. I get passionate about any subject which I come across: my gratification lies into finding practical solutions as to create opportunities for growth.
